I would not recommend Brandon Arlington. I went to his listing today and he was standing outside at a table with the sign-in sheet and aggressively pushed it at me, with the implication being that I could not enter the open house without first signing in and giving him my name, phone number and email address. This is not the way to do business IMO. As a woman, it felt extremely intrusive and bullying. I wonder if he's adding people to his email list without their permission. It felt like he was using this open house to do what's best for him - specifically build his outbound email marketing list - instead of doing the right thing for his existing client, the owner of this open house, and allowing potential buyers to view the home without this offensive behavior. I will never go to one of his open houses again and if anyone asked, I'd say run away from this agent.
